| Polywrapping, also known as Polybagging, is the
process of taking product such as magazines or printed
sheets, and automatically wrapping them with clear
plastic film and preparing material for distribution.
Protection, postal savings and ability to distribute
multiple items together such as magazines and
letters, are the three key benefits for polywrapping your
material. Recipients such as subscribers or
potential customers expect their material to arrive in a
clean professional manner without being damaged by
mail-handling systems around the world. Nothing
protects like a poly bag.
Poly film can be produced in a variety of different
configurations:
- Clear
- Printed
- Peg holed for hanging display purposes
- We even offer biodegradable poly film for
environmentally friendly purposes.
With our new Norpac P5 Polyprocessor wrapping machine
we can accommodate multiple inserts, offering both
landscape and portrait-oriented feeding for stationery
of varied sizes and thickness.
Items that you can polywrap include:
direct mail, books, brochures , catalogues, CDs, guides,
magazines and periodicals.
Accuracy and quality are important for our clients. To
guarantee design integrity and quality, our machines are
fitted with "tight wrap" and film registration units. We
have also invested in technology to offer even greater
versatility of shape and size. Our lines can cope with
total pack sizes up to 1.33" thick.
Attached to our polywrapper is a Label-air system for
personalizing and applying addressed labels on the fly
to each package.
Polywrapping is an ideal way of mailing the heavier
mailpack and is far more cost effective than using paper
envelopes.
