where the road hits the rubber! Any imperfections will
be noticed by the end user and can cause unwanted
results.
Our in-house quality control procedures require spot
checks every 15 minutes and constant random pulls and
glances on the fly.
Our bindery services include:
- Folding - any type of folding from tri-fold,
z-fold. gate fold, even plow fold
- Perforating - Various sizes including micro
perfing for that fine invisible look
- Scoring / Creasing - up to 14 pt cover to avoid
cracking
- UV Coating - Gloss, high gloss or Matte/Satin
finish
- Drilling - 1, 2, 3 or 4 hold drilling for
binding
- Laminating - one or two sided high speed
laminating
- Clip sealing - affix 1, 2 or 3 clips seals or
tabs onto brochures
- Labelling - apply labels to brochures
- Stamping - high speed affixing of live Canada
Post or USA stamps onto envelopes
- Hand assembly - Kitting, binders, packaging
